The AMIEU is seeking to kick-start bargaining for a new national Coles meat department agreement.
 
The current deal is due to end in June and Coles is refusing to start negotiating a replacement EBA.

The petition will be used to seek an order from the Fair Work Commission that Coles must commence bargaining.
